Just enter the IP-settings meny with the remote control, and change it from there.
Meny->Terminal Settings->Lan settings->Ip settings
There you can enter a new password, however it must be atleast 8 characterss long and atleast one digit. (So the you can't enter the Default password TANDBERG again :)
Say you have forgotten the MENY password aswell, then you are forced to erase the passwords trough the command-interface on the RS232 port.

There are a number of ways to do it. If you have recent software you can change it through the user interface as described by Robert. If you do not or have the menu password protected, you can use a RS232 cable connected locally to the unit. Enter the command <ippassword ""> where the double quotes will erase the password. If strictpassword (command <strictpassword on>) is set you will be required to use at least one digit as Robert has pointed out. You can turn this off and use simple passwords by issuing the command <strictpassword off>.
