As a broad guide below is a list of the required ports for H323 video out of a firewall. However, as indicated by dfreeman, this is not the be all end all. The actual settings will depend on what codec, if you want to data share, what firewall you have.
Port Protocol Description
1720 TCP Part of the H.323 standard this port is used when an initial call is made.
3230-3235 TCP Following the positive answering of a call so initial control data is sent between the two units
3230-3236 UDP The audio, video and camera control data is sent using these ports. This occurs simultaneously from both ends
1503 TCP T.120 – data sharing
3603 TCP Global Management
80 TCP Web browser access for remote management
Optional
Port Protocol Description
21 TCP FTP access for new software loads and upload of slides
23 TCP Telnet access for diagnostics
389 TCP ILS (LDAP) server registration
