Greetings all, time to test your Accord knowledge.

I've got 8 or 9 bridges on v5.6 and 1 on v6. I am aware of the end tones that you can set for 5 minutes or what ever before the call ends. They only happen once, and sound more like a fire alarm, and aren't very helpful. So...

(a) is there a way of sending text to the sites on the call to say this call is about to end?
(b) is there a way of changing the recorded tone that currently exists to one that, say, is a recorded voice like a public announcement?

Andy,

I think I'm right in saying that if you are using the IVR message services you can record your own End Time Alert message. This will then allow you to have a number of different messages depending on the about of warning time you want to give them.



As for changing the tones I dont think it can be done.

If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.
