Latest MGC Manager Program

If anyone decides to start using the latest MGC Manager program (version 6.01.03) you will need to make sure that you have the "Hebrew" language installed on your PC, that is if you ever refer to the program help files.
Even if you load this manager onto your PC and still use older MGC Manager programs without the Hebrew language loaded you will not be able to view those manager help files either.

I believe this issue is going to be sorted for the next/future releases.
Not a massive issue I know as I am sure that hardly any of you refer to the prgram help files, but thought it worth a mention. :happy:

I don't have hebrew installed on mine, but it works. At least I don't think I do - I looked under regional and languages options and its not checked...

Weird you seem to be OK, are you definately using MGC Manager 6.01.03 (its only been on the FTP site a few days) ?
The more common version6+ release being used is 6.00.107, which did not have this issue.
When I downloaded the later version I tried on several PCs, laptops which all had the same issue. Polycom then also tried themselves and had the same issue.
The work around was found to be to load Hebrew languge...........

that's correct.
What worked for me
--> Regional and Languages Options --> Install files for complex script and right to left languages (including thai)

I think that by doing that it installed the correct code page conversion table (indeed hebrew)
