Losing sound on VSX

Every now and again when switching on the VSX7000 and even on the V500, the logo starts to play then the audio cuts out. There is then no sound at all unless I reboot the system. Is this a known software bug that will (hopefully) be fixed soon or is it a bigger issue?

If any of the remote buttons/commands are issued to the system during the boot sequence then you will loose the sound until the system has completed the boot process. This happens with all Polycom's.
If you loose the sound totally and it cuts out on its own then you probably have software/memory corruption within the system and best to arrange RMA

I had a problem yesterday on the 7000 where all the audio started coming out of the subwoofer mid conference, I checked all the settings and found nothing out of place. Once I re-booted everything was fine. Has any else had a similar problem?
