IMCCA Membership?

If there are any IMCCA members out there, please respond with your experiences with the group. I contemplating the purchase of an individual membership with the group.

I joined IMCCA as individual member in last April but have not heard back from them on any events or activities, maybe soon to come.

We have an association called, "VCA" or Visual Communication Assiciation in Japan similar to IMCCA. I am an individual member of VCA.

And I am assuming that there should be similar associations not only in the US and Japan but also in other parts of the world.

I think that it will be good if all of these associations can work together in a cooperative manner to promote conferencing around the world.

These association can co-hold periodical meetings on annual basis at various places around the world to discuss issues relevant of course to conferencing and to use the meeting for networking of people involved in conferencing etc..
