Reports to: Vice President Worldwide Sales

General Description:

Senior sales executive responsible for revenue growth, key channel/reseller development and channel/reseller satisfaction. Also responsible for new channel/reseller recruitment in large geographic territory. Primary focus and accountability for sales results in personal module of key channel/reseller accounts, and teams with channel support representatives for overall responsibility in achieving territory quota. Tracks and forecasts sales activity and meets or exceeds sales quotas as assigned

Essential Job Functions:

- Achieve sales quota in personal module of key territory channel/reseller accounts.
- Team with channel support representatives to achieve sales quota in territory module, which includes all territory channel/reseller accounts in a defined geographic territory.
- Achieve specific product and service quotas for the territory.
- Recruit & develop new channel/resellers to achieve new dealer recruitment & development objectives.
- Educate channel/resellers and create mind-share for ReView Video and key products and services.
- Communicate with channel/resellers in assigned territory -- providing ongoing support and information on promotional product and service opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channels/resellers in assigned territory.
- Provide ongoing marketing and pre- and post-sales support with assigned channel/resellers.
- Know the assigned channel/resellers very well, how they run their businesses and earn profits, positioning ReView as a key partner in their business.
- Work within company processes, guidelines, and requirements related to sales and fulfillment of orders

Education/Experience

- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in data networking/enterprise hardware sales.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience supporting dealers, resellers or channel partners.
- Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise hardware or software sales experience in a complex, solutions-oriented environment.
- Bachelors degree.

- Deep understanding of data networking.
- Knowledge of voice and video communications technologies.
- Advanced consultative selling skills.
- Advanced relationship building skills.
- Self starter with a very high energy level and sense of urgency.
- Strong teaming skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with an account team in a fast paced environment.

- Strong customer service orientation.
P - C Knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, ACT, Internet Explorer, and Powerpoint)

Physical Requirements

- Ability to travel.
