Does anyone know a backdoor to log into GMS? I have a client that has changed their username and password from what we originally set, and has now lost their info. Does anyone have any ideas?

I would check in the registry first and if all else fails de-install and re-install the application.

If you can get into the database, you can find all the usernames and passwords. They are stored in clear text in there. I would start by looking through the registry for the password to the database. You might even be able to just open the database file on another machine using MS Access. I haven't messed with it in a long time to remember how it does permissions to the database file itself.
