Commercial Room in London

Hi all,
I have a law client that needs to conference between London and Darwin, Australia. He needs a public room.
The judge has asked for an assurance that the public room equipment is at least up to the standard of what is in his courtroom. This is a Tandberg 2500 with latest rev software, and operating at 384K ISDN.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to a suitable room in London?
