ISDN rates

Hello all- I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the going video conference rates are in the education sector.

More specifically:

I'm trying to figure out what to charge for:
1. ISDN (BRI) vs. IP calls per minute/hour
2. Set- up fee
3. Coordination fee

Details: I work at a large university in Boston and use a polycom VS 4000 that can be routed to any one of 4 classrooms. Often times i'll have to set up a seperate laptop to run Netmeeting for Powerpoint as well.
