MGC 25 advice needed

I currently have an MGC25 running with a PathNavigator gatekeeper. Since we are seting up Cisco IP phones here the we are thinking of transfering the gatekeeper function over to Cisco CallManager.

Now my question is what effect willi it have on my MGC?

Whata are the pros and cons of doing this?
Will I loose things like confernce on demand?

I would just setup CallManager as a gateway (its normal H323 setup). This way you can call between the two based on dial plan. Using the Call Manager as a gatekeeper limits you to the call manager's capabilities... but would give you more CDR functionality. Tho, doesn't your path navigator already give you CDR?
