PUG Annual Conference

PUG Conference will be held next month in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Anyone attending?
It looks like packed with interesting sessions during the conference.
I wish that I could attend but probably next year if possible.

Excuse my geographic ignorance, but is Palm Harbor an area that was hit by any of the storms?

It's north of Tampa a bit. According to the folks setting up the conference, there was little or no damage there.


I'll be getting there on the 8th for setup til the 14th for teardown.

Just look for the guy running around with his head cut off and it will probably be me !! (also, might just have a vtctalk.com hat on!)

I've lobbied PUG for the last 7 years (even when it was the PictureTel Users Group) to have it in the islands but so far.... they haven't bought into it !!!! :beard:

I hope that PUG will think about organizing meeting in Japan as well sometime in the near future. It may be held on much smaller scale than the one in the US but it will be interesting as Polycom is the leader in Japan's conferencing market and there are many people using Polycom products. This way, Japanese Polycom users and PUG member can attend more easily and learn something and network with other users.

I hope that the PUG meeting in October will be full of success and fun.
