Hello,

Can anybody tell me how you have opend the firewall for incoming calls? We have a any rule for every incoming IP and VPN betwen WG and other point. In older Software in WG it was possible to open H323 rule, but in the latest versions the connection does not work without the any rule...

I'm using watchguard fw and you don't have to use h323 service! You need to do a 1-to-1 NAT from a free public IP attached to your watchguard to your internal IP adress of the videoconferencing system. It works very fine.

Orish, can you elaborate on how you configured this in your Watchguard? I'm trying to accomplish but amn't haven't much luck.
