Forklift Upgrade?

This is a question for anyone who's been involved in the bizz for 3 years or more... Have a client with a Concorde 4500 utilizing a Quad BRI w/ Adtran 512. Now they want to "add" a MCU, IP (multiprotocal), and share data, mostly Powerpoint with windows PC's. I don't think this is practical or realistic. Is there a product(s) out there that could make me look like a rock?

I agree it sounds like replacing the codec would probably be the best bet. When you say share data are you talking about a content stream or are you talking about using a web based system?

It would probably be a whole lot cheaper to get a new codec with multisite and a presenter package, be-it Polycom or Tandberg, then it would to add those capabilities to a Concord. If people are going to be using it enough to justify the cost of getting those upgrades than it should be easy to justify the cost of a new codec, especially when you point out that any other codec will actually work!
