Just a bit of information for you all:
We run a Tandberg MCU and this week had someone conecting in using a Polycom VSX 7000 running 7.0 software.
They kept losing video in the call and then dropping out all together, this happened everytime with out fail!!
Within the same conference we had another VSX 7000 running 5.1 Software and they had no problems at all.
After many tests it is the 7.0 (and the newer 7.1) software that is causing the problems so for the time being we have dropped the Polycom's software back to 5.1.
This info has been passed to Polycom so they will be looking into this.
Hope this can help someone else!!
Cheers

Try to disable "Duo Video & P+C" for the conference on the MCU.
If this doesn't help, disable also H264 and encryption.
The VSX v7 seems to have some serious problems with these features.

MCU is D3.4 level software.
I did not try changing any of the MCU settings to see if I could get it to work, this is because we rarely have polycom's connecting in and this was a one off!

As far as I know there isn't an issue with the VSX and the TANDBERG MCU. I will try a few calls and let you know.

I am using D3.4 as Tandberg very kindly made a slight adjustment of D3.3 in order for it to work off our phone system. It is our phone system that has the issue not the MCU, just have to make that clear in case people think its the MCU that was the problem, which it was not.
Please let me know how you get on Sean as we definetly experienced a problem that was resolved when they dropped back a software level!
Unfourtunately I have not had this site dial in for over a month so have not come accross this since.
Thanks

We tried duplicating this here and have not seen the same issue. Talking with a few of the techs, we have only seen something similiar around a P+C bug in the VSX. Polycom was notified. In the latest 7.5beta we do not see the P+C bug. At this point, the issue you are experiencing seems to be localized to your installation.
Are you working with a support person at TANDBERG or TANDBERG partner?
