Guys,
I have an MGC-50 and have a number of different customers using the bridging services. My question is .. is there some software where i can EASILY print off usage reports for each individual customer and each individual customer conference?. The only way i can do it at the moment is to goto MGC .cdr files and go through them one by one (but these print out on about 25 pages!!! and then i have to go through carefully to work it out..!!). I need to find out, the number of sites in a call, the duration of usage for each site. Whether it is IP or ISDN and finally the customer all the info needed for billing....
As the super user i can see all customers conferences, but without looking at all conferences per month i was looking for a program that can put it into a simple spreadsheet showing the details above.
Hope someone can help.
Oh... plus i dont want to spend alot of money buying it?.
