Thanks for the welcome George. You're dead-on about Andy's headgear and he states they help keep the AC off his bald head! :D

Great content on the various threads and I'm keen on seeing what the common obstacles were (or are) and comparing how we here work with the customers to resolve issues. Look forward to learning lots from everyone and shifting to 'sponge' mode...
