Structure of the CVE

I'm about to try the CVE exam. I have been in the industry for a while and have been brushing up on some elements that are not direcrly related to my everyday work. However, how is the exam structured. I know that it is a multiple guess (sorry) CHOICE, exam. But how many questions do you have - over what length of time etc.

Any advice would be helpful.
