My name is Frank Gannan. I am a tech for the Missouri Telehealth Network. I have been working in telehealth videoconferencing for about 7 years now. I've had my CVE for about 2 years (almost time to retest).

The Missouri Telehealth Network consist of about 70 sites in Missouri. We used to use H.320 but today we are completely H.323.

It's good to be here. It looks like an abundance of good information here.

I think what your asking is what equipment are we using? If so, it is as follows:

Polycom FX, 128, VS400, and VSX7000
Cisco 2950 switches
Some D-link switches (they will soon be going away)
Cisco 1721 routers
Cisco 7204 hub router.

As you can tell, we like Polycom and Cisco. We have T1 frame relay to each of our sites with QOS. For the most part, it works very well.
