Tandberg 2500 Secondary Connections

We are currently using Tandberg 2500's running both E4.0 and E3.4 connecting to a MGC-100 MCU and utilizing a Path Navigator Gatekeeper. We are having trouble with the call bursting a video frame rate up to 60+ and then dropping the video connection, leaving only the audio connection for about 10 seconds. Has anyone else had this trouble and / or know a solution?

I have been told that there is a patch from Polycom for this issue. Our video provider is testing it at this time.

We tested the patch while connected to the Tandberg 2500's, and it caused our h.323 ip card to error out and quit working. We tried it on another Polycom MCU 100, and it did the same thing. We talked to Polycom and they had never seen the cards blow out like that. One statement from Polycom was, that they wrote the patch for Polycom Codecs that were bursting frame rates over 30 fps. So there was no guarantee that it would fix the problems presented by the Tandberg units.
