Internal MCU of iPower using Pathnavigator

Hello,

Can anybody help me? If I configured iPower 9800 to report to a Pathnavigator I cannot make use of it's internal multipoint.

When I tried to call an endpoint and tick allow additional site button, the system tries to call that endpoint (also registered with Pathnavigator) but does not continue to connect.

Did anyone experience this problem before? please help

Hi Pugee,

Yes, I faced this issue and it is a compatibility between iPower version 6.x and PN version 7.x.

If you downgrade your PN to version 6.x or 5.x it should work fine.
