Visual concert in multipoint calls

Another issue again with the concert FX is that when in a multipoint call hosting a connection to 2 other sites at 192K. The visual concert stopped operating after one of the calls was dropped. it could be brought back up momentarily however would drop out again after anything from a few seconds up to a max of 20 secs. This is using a VS4000 codec. Are visual concerts just unreliable or am I missing something?

Im sorry i cant give more detail but thats the only info I could get about the systems involved.
