I'm perusing Tandbergs brochures, specifically the codecs 6000, 3000 mxp, and 2500. I need a codec that will run on PRI. The 6000 mentions it can handle a PRI, but the documentation for the 3000 and 2500 only mention a BRI. Does anyone know if the 2500 and 3000 model codecs run ISDN PRI?

Thanks....

those models don't have PRI options.

u have to go for 6000,7000,8000 all are the same of 6000 codecs only.

When u choose polycom, VSX 7800,FX and VS4000 willl support PRI.

In Aethra Gold split will support PRI.

The 6000 codecs are the only ones with a built in PRI Imux. What are your requirements for the PRI port? High bandwidth point to point or Multipoint etc?

One could always use something like the Patapsco Liberator wich converts PRI to BRI.

I haven't tested this unit, but in theory it would work :^D

If someone have used this equipment, drop a line here with comments, because I have some cases where this one might come in use.
