We have a system remotely located via a Time-Warner cable modem. It has a public fixed IP. It is an iPower 680, and can connect to any end-point on campus... However when we try to connect it to our MCU it will not connect. If we have the MCU dial it, it does not see any calls coming in. If we call from it to the MCU, the MCU does not see any calls coming in.

I would think it is a port issue, but ??? doesn't the call set up happen on 1720, in which case it should at least see the call because it works point to point...

Any thoughts would be appreciated...
