Does anyone know a good resource for the lay-person (read: salespeople :) ) to learn the basics of videoconferencing? Nothing too technical.... I want to educate the sales-folk here at my company so they can (theoretically) talk about and sell VTC more effectively.

Mahalo, in advance!

Wow O Wow, Carolyn! Thanks for all the great links!

Haven't checked them all yet, but I'm sure I'll be able to find something useful on all of them!

Excellent post. Lots of good links.

For newbies, be aware that the 25 Things You Might Not Know About Videoconferencing (http://cmi.meetingsnet.com/ar/meetings_thingsyou_not_know) article is out of date. All the general information is correct, but equipment listed is out of date.
