I have been selling VTC for just 2 years and have found it to be in most major markets i.e. education, government, medical, manufacturing, financial, engineering... but the legal industry, other that very large firms, seem to be the last ones to adopt this technology to conduct business. Can anyone give me tips and success stories on how they have been successful in offering VTC as a necessary tool for the law office ??? - KB

kbvideo,
First of all welcome to the forums!! Glad to see another VTC reseller on board and hope to see you help others and share your knowledge if you have the time :)
As for video in law... I'm not an expert in that area, but depositions via video are becoming the trendy way to do things. Proximity is getting pretty big on this. Visit their website here: http://www.proximity.com/legal_pro/
A quick search via google for "video depositions" or "videoconferencing depositions" turned up a wealth of links concerning the matter.
In your case you could probably take a look at these business models and hopefully gain a few ideas for a direction to take.
Here's a few links I visited but I suggest you try that google search I mentioned because there's a lot more

I know from my experience that VC comes in handy for training and case studies on a national scale, particularly if training is centralised from one office. I also know of a couple of occasion where we have been required to bridge into a court room or two at very short notc
