Those crazy Tandberg kids must be changing their site around again. Nearly every external site with a link to tandberg manuals gets that same message.

I'm gonna wait until they finish remodeling before I fix the links.

Doesn't seem to be difficult to find the docs from http://www.tandberg.net .

Just select a product and you will see the link to the user manual on the right side.

What are the differences between the standard Tandberg MXP 6000 codec and the MXP 6000 Educator codec?
I checked Tandberg's site and could not find any information on the "Educator" codec.

the educator is an integrated system with a touchpanel for control. Its built on the same video codec as the 6000MXP.. but with a different interface, more features, etc

I haven't seen the new mxp based educator yet

Apparently Tandberg has replaced all the "old" files with the newer models. Even logging onto their site, I saw the "old" manual flash by, immediately replaced by the newer replacement modem.

FYI, the Vision 5000 has not been manufactured since early 2000. If you call the TANDBERG support center they can help you with the older manuals. Thats 866-TANDBERG in the US.

I am afraid you will have to ask that question to Crestron. I am not familiar with the specific module you are asking about. The API for the MXP is different (not completely, but enough you should look into it) than the Classics.

Anyone find a new version of the Educator MXP Manual? All I can find on the Tandberg website and various FTP sites is F1/V1. This seems strangely out of date since they just released F4 and the TAM MXP is up to V3.2.

I think the Presenter and Director MXP Manuals are the same way.

There isn't any password. I know that particular server suffered a 2 drive loss in a RAID 5 config :) so lots of data was lost the other day. May be a few days until there is software back on that particular site.

I would call into support 866-TANDBERG or contact your TANDBERG rep for now.

I couldn't connect from work either. Maybe they took it down until it is repopulated. I saw it yesterday at work with some new files and couldn't get to them last night at home.

I am am in need of a detailed TMS manual and if you have it? I am also needing as much information possible about the border controller.

Go to www.tandberg.com and see support>documentation and you'll find all the documentation you will need for these products. BTW, the user manual for TMS is an 'online' manual within TMS...it's the ? in the upper right hand corner of TMS next to the clock and key symbol. The clock being the scheduler and key being to sign out.
