OK kids, those of you who went to Infocomm. We're looking for some reviews of what you saw and did, so hows this for starters:

1. Favourite Booth of the show.

2. Product/Manufacturer that impressed most.

3. Product/Manufacturer that disappointed most.

4. Tell us something that you wouldn't have known if you hadn't gone to Infocomm.

with the upcoming WAVE conference in London this Autumn, we'll be looking to see if the same kind of things apply in the UK.

Did you happen to look at the Infocomm 04 (http://www.vtctalk.com/index.php?showtopic=214) thread ? It does have some discussion about things we saw there. Maybe not in the format you are looking for...

Favorite Booth ? Probably the one with the pretty ladies (never did see the name of the booth)...

Impressive products ? Some of the new 3D video stuff looks very interesting (but all require post processing at this time). Certainly the recording side of Codian was impressive. Vaddio had some really neat cameras (as I pointed out).. The WALL of video (Digital Projection) was MOST impressive... (and probably 1/2 million $)

Least Impressive booths.. Vcon had lots of stuff but couldn't show it. A lot of nothing "new" booths there.

I wouldn't have know that Parkervision was now owned by Grass Valley and their cameras are still viable!
