Hi there all!!!!

I have a problem with a Polycom FX. It does not always start up. When I am lucky, the camera would sometimes move, but it is still off. After some time of switching it on and off, it starts up properly. This is also note the first one, I had some others do the same. Does anyone know why this happens?

I had the same problem a few years back turned out to be a faulty unit and had to be replaced, but check the powersupply voltage before you start replacing anything,

I would recommend that you verify the power supply. I have come across this before and thought it was the CODEC.

I have had this problem with ALOT of my Polycom FX and VS machines. I usually end up having to send them in for replacment but if you have another power supply handy, you might try swapping one out to check for sure.
