I have a project, and it is provides videoconference in schools, may be the solution can be streaming, but i think that the comunication have to be bidirectional to works.
someone knows any solutions to implement videoconference in ADSL (256 and 512k), and if that solution can have a centralized management.

I’d take a look at the VSX line from Polycom. The units support separate speed settings for the upload and download speeds. So you would probably set the units up to receive a maximum of 384k and transmit a maximum of 128 or 192. At those speeds the calls would use H.264 so the video would be of reasonable quality and the PVEC/dynamic bandwidth on the endpoints should help with the hiccups of the network. On the management side you would run GMS at a central location. This software provides both endpoint management and a Global Address book.
Good Luck
