Tandberg 6000's freezing

Hello-

I have a client with 2 Tandberg 6000's, each running E4.0 software. When doing a videoconference at 384kbs via ISDN, every 10-12 seconds the picture will freeze for approximately 1/2 second.

The audio is fine.

Any ideas?

Check your ISDN lines.

Try connecting on 128K and see if that works better, ie less freezing. Try all three ISDN lines like this.
