I installed two MGC50s in 2 different location. One is OKE, the other one is still having problem in its ISDN PRI connection. The MCU is able to make outgoing call but cannot receive incoming call. When the call coming in, there's no indication at all. I have checked the line with PRI tester, it looked oke.

Does anyone ever have the same experience?

You might run the IPTERMINAL utility with LEVEL -F trace. This will show you any activity when the call comes in, if the number is being routed to your PRI by your network provider. The number of digits being sent and the number the MGC is expecting (your network service definition) may be different. Anyway, the trace should give you some good clues.

Make sure you turn the trace back to LEVEL -E which is 'exceptions only' and not 'full trace' which may impact processing.

Thanks for all the posts for this thread. The problem has been solved. The ISDN switch connected to MCU only sending the last three digits. When I put only the last three digits in the span number, the incoming went through very well.

I really appreciate all your post and this forum.
