multipoint directory entry by TMS?

Hi,

Does anyone know if its possible to input multipoint directory entries using the codecs web page or TMS (version 6). With the codec it is possible using the quick keys but remotely these keys are not available.

Is the only way to physically enter the calls into the codec and then use TMS to import the entries and distribute to the other local directories.

Thanks for any info, it is great to have a resource like this.

Not sure about version 6, I've only used 7.2 and above. But it sounds like you're talking about the corporate directory feature, which is only in 9 and above. I've found one work around to be setting up one codec to what you want and then have TMS push that to all the other ones you want. It's still a pain because so many people move and so many adds happen that it's impossible to keep up, at least for us.

Yeah right - thats what i suspected i might have to do. Thanks for the feedback, I would have thought it would be easier to add directory entries for multi point calls - especially when TMS is designed to be a powerful remote monitoring tool. :cry:
