I am looking for the cheapest ISDN provider in the UK. Apart from the rip-off BT there should other providers taking advantage of the Least Cost ISDN Call Routing. So far I found only one such provider, WorldWideISDN. Does anyone know any other?

Becarefull If your using more than 1 ISDN line, some providers do not support bonding ISDN calls.

If I remeber correctli its called Multilinking or somthing like that.

I had some problem with a locla ISDN provider that I couldn't do bonding to most other providers, in fact only connections I could be shure about was to other local ISDN providers.

Also remember that Bonding only sends the least significant 7 digits. If the numbers on the different lines have more than 7 digits that differ, your incoming calls will not complete at full bandwidth.

We find this problem most often in the US with overlay networks that have different area codes.

Thank you all. I wonder why it is so difficult to find alternatives to the overpriced BT ISDN, because it looks like these providers do exist. If anyone is interested, I have found three so far:

Worldwide ISDN

IntercallEurope

ISDNdata

You can find them through Google.

Do you have an MCU or are you doing point to point calls?

Hi There,

Our prices in New Zealand to other countries are very cheap. These are in NZ Dollars so for instance a 384k call to USA would cost about 30 pence a minute off peak here, which is peak time in UK.

Bridge charges are $50 per port per hour (about 18 quid)

email me if you want any more info.

These are our listed rates@128 kbps just double for 256 and treble for 384k
