need help in user management and authentication

hello everybody,

can u pls help me to know the following,
1)in video conferencing s/w how user authentication b carried out , any encrytion algorithm or SSL ?
2) how video conferencing s/w manages the user identity ?

radvision has a working demo using h235.. but I think it only works with a specific software endpoint (not sure).

The problem is you need the endpoints to support it.. which none of the mainstream ones really do
