Half duplex

I know it can't be good for bi-directional VC. But what happens if you run a VC on a hald duplex link? Say you have approx 10 connections through a half duplex switch to an MCU.

you will eventually get what looks like packet loss and crappy video.

half-duplex = bad bad for RTP streams. You'll have inconsistant video. If its over a shared link like you said.. its even worse.
