Adding Audio line to video call on Tandberg 6000

We are running B 9.0 multi-site software on Tandberg 6000. When I try to make a Telephone call, it just does not work. As soon as I select Telephone and press connect "Call cleared. Disconnected.." Message appears on screen. Any help will be appreciated

If you are using BRI lines, ensure they are configured for voice/data. When you initiate your video call, make sure you leave bandwidth/channels available for the add-on. If you're using all the available channels for the video call, there won't be any left for the speech call.
