Looks like an interesting peice of software to do video. Possible competitor of Polycom's PVX? No free demo download to see what all it can do though.

I bought it. It's pretty good. There is no free demo for eyeBeam, but there are free SIP Softphones they offer http://www.xten.com/index.php?menu=products&smenu=download
(quite a bit different from eyeBeam, though)
If you end up buying it - go to Froogle first, because you can save quite a bit

The only pain in the ass is that you can't use free e-mail account when ordering (i.e. hotmail or yahoo)

I don't think there is an inexpensive software developer's kit for EyeBeam. I asked about this about six months ago, for a master's development project and they wanted several thousand dollars for a license. I think this is too bad, as they would end up with some really interesting applications.

If this information is not correct, I'd be delighted to hear otherwise.
