TMS integration with Radvision IP/VC 3500

Does anyone have experience of integrating TMS (V9.6) with the radvision IP/VC 3500 MCU? Having configured TMS to see the MCU and iserting the required license option key, TMS prompts for a password when adding a system.

For some reason the admin password of the MCU does not work. This may be related to the fact that no ID is prompted. However we thought V9.6 would resolve this but to no avail.

We suspect that perhaps TMS is extracting the ID from the NT logon of the server. :cross-eye

Does anyone use this MCU with TMS and know how to get around this bug? Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated !!!

TMS requires the Rad to be running at least ver3.x.

There is a bug fix to TMS v9.6. I think its 9.6.1. Not yet posted, but call Tandberg for support.

9.6.1 has a rewrite for the Cisco/RAD support that makes it more flexible and more fully featured. I would recommend looking into it.
