I am trying to locate someone in the Oakland/San Francisco CA area that can troubleshoot and upgrade a Polycom Vortex Ef2280.
Anybody have a reputable company that would provide service in this area, please respond.

Yea, VCAV is great. We have used them several times and I was very impressed with the quality of the techs. All of them were extremely professional and knowledgeable.
