Hi!

I want to know if there is any program over there to be able to read the cdr of the Manager in a shorter and easier way without having to read the whole cdr to Know the participants,their phone numbers in the dial out and when each conference started and finished for each participant.

Sorry - but here's a plug but also a fix to your issue. AGT makes an MGC CDR extraction tool (NEXUS) that works great in capturing all of the MGC CDR information and allows the user to create and customize the report. You can capture whatever CDR info you want and export to MS Excel (or whatever). Goto www.appliedglobal.com and look for the link to NEXUS. Hope this helps.
