Sony PCS-G70 vs PolycomVSX 7800- What's better?

I am working on a comparison between the Sony PCS-G70N and the Polycom VSX7800. I do not have a lot of experience with Sony videoconferencing systems and our company is mostly Polycom equipped. Are there issues I should be concered about with Sony products?

Sony has a very good products now, especially PCS-G70N. You should not be concerned obout Sony products.

Well im in love with the new VSX product line so I would say go for Polycom.

Polycom is much simpler to explane and work out for users that have no VC expirence.
The last trick of colorcoding the remotecontrole buttons has saved me many hourse of explaining on the phone.

Sony VC´s are very good but I think they need to simplify there product more.

I also enjoy the colour code in the new remote and saving a lot of
time and effort to teach the user.

Only one thing to complain is that the pdf file from polycom using the
7800 remote instead of the 7000 remote.
