Hi everyone,
I stumbled across this forum whilst searching through Google for help with a problem I have here. Hopefully someone may be able to help me! It certainly looks like you guys know what you're talking about!
We have a rather old and dated BT Revelation phone system in our office here in the UK and a jargon filled user manual to go with it. Unfortunately my experience with any kind of telecommunications systems is limited and I'm having trouble programming the system as required.
I need to program an extension to ring only for internal calls. Also I need to program all lines to automatically dial a three digit CPS prefix when an outside is selected before a phone number is manually dialled.
Does anyone know how I'd go about doing this or do you know any websites which may have the answer?
