Please Help !!!!!

Hi I am new to the forum and I was wondering if someone could help me. I have looked everywhere for a software that I can hook up my telephone line to my modem on my PC and dial out and talk with my microfone and listen throw my speakers on my PC, is there such a software and if there is could some one point out where I can find more information please... Thanx for the help.
