I'm quite new in the whole videoconferencing thing, I have been looking for self teaching on line manuals, some basics but I havent found anything so far.
Do you guys know some good self teaching website and on line manuals?

I've found Videoconferencing Demystified by Steven Shepard to be a decent primer.
