I'm trying to connect a Polycom VS 4000 in Panama with 3 BRI lines. My Sony PCS 6000 has a PRI line( 1920Kbps) and i'm calling from Brasil. It's not working I cannot do the connection with Panama.
I dont have any problens to connect others sites in other countrys.

The carriers says that has no problem for then.

What could be happen ?

If someone could help me even under my very bad english, I say thank you very much.

I would try a couple things:

First off your LD carrier may only support voice calls to Panama and not data you may want to ask your carrier about that.

Secondly, some carriers only provide 56k trunks so 64k multiple calls are not possible. You can try 112, 224,336k calls.

Also you may want to try a 2x56k or 2x64k calls.

Let us know what happens.

just to add here that for the carrier to support data calls, he should be sure that his international truncks supports SS7 Signalling.

have you tried calling from Panama to another office? Just to be sure - you can make and receive calls to other places with Brazil?

Have you looked at the vs4000 call log? if you go to the event logged for this incomplete call...many times ther will be a cause code listed that may gove you some further insite to where the connection issue is. i would also suggest both sites attempt to connect to a third site to see who can and cannot connect. Have ever been able to connect to this site in the past? how about other international sites? what speed are you trying to connect?
