I was wondering if anyone who puts together telemedicine systems is following FDA regulations for 'Medical Devices' when they put together telemedicine hardware. I see a lot of systems on the web being used for telemedicine, but it is obvious they are using items like non-grounded televisions, carts with equipment stacked on board, etc and was wondering if there was any concern over use of these systems in a patient environment...
