Hi all,
Have a question about how a ViewstationFX should react in a 4way call.
All of our systems are setup with 4 monitors. What happens is when site A calls site B C & D, site A will see every other site on a seperate monitor. The far sites see a 4way PiP combo on monitor 1 which includes their local feed and they also see their local feed, fullscreen on monitor 2.
No matter what the configuration, FullScreen, Presentation, and or Auto, it's always the same.
Am I wrong in assumeing the far sites see each individual site on a seperate monitor?
Pretty desperate to find an answer. Any help[ would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like there are two issues
1) Site A can see all sites because it is acting as the mcu for the call. This can only happen at Site A because it’s the only site that is receiving the media streams from all sites. Sites B, C & D should either receive a cp stream or a single stream from the site that is speaking. The stream will be dependent upon the multipoint setting in site A ie presentation or full screen. The multipoint setting at the other sites should make no difference.
2) At sites B, C & D you need to check both the monitor configuration and the PIP settings. If the sites have 4 monitors connected and the monitor configuration reflects this then you can probably turn pip off. What you should see in any call is the far site (media stream) on one monitor and the local site on the other. The other 2 monitors will remain off unless the unit is acting as an mcu (ie now its site A) or a content stream has been activated.
Hope this helps,
