All,
I have an OCONUS user with public internet. For security reasons our firewalls are all configured to deny any VTC traffic to the public internet. Is there a service provider/bridge site that will gateway their public IP call into commerical ISDN? Alternatively is there a public bridging service provider where I could meet them?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

MCI Conferencing has that capability. You can get info at http://e-meetings.mci.com.

Thanks for the offer mazzarak, but my customer would not be comfortable with a bridge site outside of the U.S.
I've narrowed my options down to Spring, MCI and Expedite. Has anyone had an experiece with these bridge service providers?
Thanks for your help,
Jd

We had good luck when using MCI and Sprint, but went with SKC (one of our vendors) because they gave us a web commander login for their bridge. We liked having this direct access because we can control our sessions without having to call them.

mazzarak, could you PM me with a sales number for your company?
tom9933, do you have a web link or sales number for SKC?
Thanks for your help,
Jd
