Two numbers on shared PRI line? (xover)

Hello all, I am new to the forum and would like to assistance in trying to determine how to request an additional number on an existing PRI line. They currently have a Tandberg 6000 (legacy not MXP) and I added another using a PRO crossover cable. Both systems can dial out with no problem but now I have been asked if it is possible to add an additional phone number. How would I go about this? I have called to Verizon many times and not gotten through so I thought I would post here as well.

Verizon just needs to add another phone number to the PRI line - make sure they don't change the configuration on the PRI line - just add the number. In the Tandberg settings, you just want to turn "Validate Numbers" on and program the proper numbers for each codec.
